NIDO DI CUCULO

Nido Di Cuculo is a duo from diverse backgrounds who share a love of traditional Italian "piazza music". This is the real thing - the music played at Italian weddings and parties, and in the village square (piazza) at twilight when everyone is out for a passeggiatta - the evening stroll.

We play all acoustic, all instrumental - no amplifiers, no microphones,

Tarantellas, waltzes, mazurkas, saltarellos and lullabies from the old country.

The music is irresistible.
